Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy to align with business goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecommerce)
- Own channel measurement: tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies and optimizing performance against critical metrics
- Coordinate with Creative and Client Services teams
- Develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts
- Provide clear creative direction to designers based on data and results
- Provide account changes and optimizations to the Account Manager and any other pertinent team members
- Set up, optimize and execute paid media campaigns using Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Amazon. Additional experience in other paid media channels is a plus.
- Write and review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by NPA best practices
- Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client’s monthly budget pacing
- Collaborate with Client Services to report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands on experience setting up, optimizing and reporting on digital paid campaigns
- Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Strong knowledge of eComm/Retail/Shopping and lead gen marketing tactics
- Experience leading and mentoring direct reports
- Strong presentation skills, creative, customer focused & action oriented
- Critical thinker, proactive, relentless learner, winning can do attitude
- Strong attention to detail

- Facebook Blueprint Certified
- Google Ads certifications
- Paid social experience: Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit
- Programmatic experience
- Paid search & shopping experience
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience
