Senior B2B Paid Media Manager 

Responsibilities

• Own paid media execution for the Corporate segment across content syndication, programmatic display & video, paid social, webinars, and others.
• Translate strategy into action by launching and managing campaigns that reach the right personas with the right message based on documented objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report regularly on campaign performance, surfacing data-driven insights to improve efficiency, identify areas of opportunity, and define strategies focused on the largest potential impact and OKR’s.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing Operations, Analytics, strategy, content teams, and sales to implement impactful, cohesive programs on time and within budget.
• Explore new testing opportunities, targeting strategies, and share learnings across the org.
• Manage the relationships & budgets for content syndication & lead generation partners; monitoring performance and budget pacing to deliver on expectations and deadlines.
• Support sales teams by owning the strategy for 1:1 and 1:Few ABM campaigns; determine segmentation and tactics used to reengage audiences in stalled opportunities or accelerate later stage deals before renewal dates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within tech or SaaS.
• Proven expertise managing paid campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, operation, execution, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of the programmatic media buying processes; including but not limited to creative trafficking, web tracking, and value based bidding strategies for DSP such as DV360, Ad Cloud, and The Trade Desk.
• Hands on experience with operational & B2B/ABM media platforms like Integrate, Demandbase, 6Sense, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, ZoomInfo.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive decisions.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms (SFDC, Dynamics, etc.)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
