Support the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, customer events, conferences, partner events, internal events, and other marketing experiences.
Manage event logistics including schedules, vendors, venues, registration, materials, signage, equipment, shipping, and on-site coordination.
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure events are delivered professionally and consistently.
Participate in on-site event execution as needed.
Help identify creative ways to improve customer and partner experience.
Marketing Programs
Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs and campaigns supporting business priorities.
Coordinate program timelines, deliverables, communications, creative assets, and stakeholders.
Support partner and channel marketing activities where appropriate.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, events, communications, experiential marketing, agency work, or a related area.
Experience supporting events or marketing programs from planning through execution.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an interest in developing new ideas and experiences.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail while still understanding the bigger picture.
Self-motivated, energetic, collaborative, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Comfortable working with different teams, personalities, customers, partners, agencies, and vendors.
