Responsibilities

• - Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events.
• - Develop and publish marketing content (social posts, email copy, landing pages) that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• - Help manage partner practices’ social media presence, engaging with audiences and monitoring trends.
• - Coordinate with internal creative resources (design, video, content) to develop compelling assets for organic content.
• - Maintain and update marketing calendars, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• - Organize assets and maintain consistency across channels regarding business hours, device and treatment offerings, personnel, and in-house promos.
• - Maintenance of Master Promo Sheet and creation of applicable Zenoti campaign codes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zenoti, GoHighLevel).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industries is a plus.
