Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner Execution & Operational Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day activities for key marketing, brand, and corporate partnerships across the pet health landscape and Mars Veterinary Health (MVH)/Mars Petcare ecosystem. Serve as the daily point of contact, managing project timelines, asset delivery, co-marketing promotions, and operational integration with field teams.

  • Data Tracking, Dashboards & Performance Reporting: Maintain routine reporting and dashboards tracking partner performance, customer acquisition funnels, campaign uptake, and vendor SLAs. Compile analytical recaps, track budget actuals against forecasts, and provide actionable insights to pillar leadership.
  • Process Improvement & Tool Administration: Maintain centralized partnership collateral, vendor contract repositories, and workflow documentation. Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process enhancements to increase the speed and quality of partnership executions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in partner management, marketing account management, agency operations, or vendor coordination
  • Experience in veterinary healthcare, pet care, retail multi-unit networks, or subscription services

Preferred

  • Execution-Driven & Organized: Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities with a proven track record of managing multiple project timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of cultivating collaborative relationships with external vendors, corporate partners, and internal hospital field teams.
  • Problem-Solving Acumen: Proactive mindset with a knack for spotting operational friction points and implementing practical, efficient solutions.
  • Analytical Comfort: Skilled at pulling, organizing, and synthesizing marketing and partner performance data into clear summary slides and reports.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities and cross-departmental dependencies.

Benefits

  • Benefits: We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and paid vacation/sick days, 401(k), generous employee pet discounts and more!
