Develop and lead brand marketing strategies that increase awareness, consideration, engagement, and affinity for the SiriusXM brand.
Help evolve SiriusXM’s brand architecture, messaging frameworks, audience strategy, and go-to-market playbooks.
Translate business priorities, audience insights, cultural trends, and content moments into clear brand narratives and compelling creative briefs.
Own campaign planning and development from concept through launch, including strategy, positioning, messaging, creative review, media integration, asset production, and performance analysis.
Author high-impact strategy decks and business cases to clearly communicate brand direction, launch plans, and ROI to senior management and internal stakeholders.
Partner closely with Creative, Content Marketing, Programming, Product, lines of business, Media, PR, Social, CRM and Partnerships teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign impact.
Partner with internal Data Science and Market Research teams to continually track brand health metrics, synthesize consumer insights, analyze competitive movements, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring work is strategically sound, creatively excellent, on brand, on budget, and delivered on time.
Manage budgets, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Establish operational objectives and work plans for the Brand Marketing team, delegate assignments, and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, performance requirements, and business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with focus on marketing or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
Typically has 7 or more years of experience with 3 or more years of management experience.
Leadership Skills: You’re a people manager who has experience leading teams. You’re someone that has a clear vision and strategy for your org.
