Job Description
Responsibilities
- assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives designed to support financial education as well as membership and loan growth
- helps promote financial products and services, communicates our education-focused banking approach, and fosters positive community relationships
- assists with day-to-day marketing functions, including content creation, digital media updates, website maintenance, and community outreach
- serves as a collaborative and detail-oriented communicator who follows compliance guidelines and helps uphold member trust

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or related experience equivalent to the degree
- Experience with content creations tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Constant Contact, or similar)
- Experience managing website (preferably Squarespace)
- Excellent written, verbal, editing, and visual communication skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills
- Interest in community outreach, public interaction, and promoting local financial education initiatives
- Current valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
