Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and scale Matter's influencer and creator program, from sourcing and partnerships through briefs, contracts, and payouts
Build a UGC engine that turns customers, creators, and our community into a steady stream of content for paid, organic, and in-app use
Develop a tiered creator strategy across fitness, nutrition, and wellness, from nano creators to marquee partners and athletes
Work with performance marketing to test creator content in paid channels and scale what drives subscriptions and orders
Build the systems, tools, and workflows that let a small team manage hundreds of creators and a high volume of content
Measure creator ROI by CAC, conversion, and retention, not just reach
Own the full marketing strategy across brand, growth, product marketing, and lifecycle, from positioning through execution
Define Matter's positioning, messaging, and voice, and make sure it shows up consistently across the app, the restaurants, and every channel
Balance budget and focus between national app subscriber growth and local restaurant demand, making clear, data-backed calls on where to invest
Be a daily user of the app and a regular in our restaurants, with firsthand knowledge of the customer experience

Requirements

8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading marketing at a high-growth consumer brand
Existing relationships with creators, talent managers, or agencies in fitness, nutrition, or wellness
Personally passionate about health, wellness, and fitness; experience using macro tracking apps is a requirement
Track record of growing a consumer subscription app, with a strong grasp of app acquisition, attribution, conversion, and retention
Experience marketing a physical consumer brand (restaurants, food, CPG, or retail) is a plus
Strong brand instincts paired with performance and analytical rigor
Deeply data-driven and hands-on with attribution, analytics, and experimentation
Uses AI tools daily in their own work, from research and copy to creative testing and data analysis, and knows how to build workflows that make a small team move faster
Sound judgment on allocating limited budget across competing business lines
Experience building and scaling marketing teams and processes
