Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, sponsorship activation, executive engagement, partnerships, business development, or related disciplines, with demonstrated ownership of high-profile programs and stakeholder relationships.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40–50% for customer meetings, executive engagements, conferences, industry events, partner activations, and sponsorships. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required to support key events and relationship-building opportunities.
Relationship Leadership: Proven ability to build trust and credibility with executives, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders while creating environments that foster meaningful business relationships.
Strategic Thinking: Experience developing and executing programs that connect brand-building activities to measurable business outcomes, including customer engagement, pipeline influence, partner development, and market visibility.
Executive Presence: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to represent Payactiv confidently in executive-level environments and industry settings.
