Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital media planning workflow and budget flow, turning research into actionable media recommendations for multiple brands.

Manage media plans and budget control across channels to keep client timelines on track.
Collaborate with partner agencies and internal teams to ensure a smooth, multi-stakeholder communications process.
Translate research into strategic, consumer-driven media recommendations that inform POVs and plan authorizations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of digital media plan options and recommendations
Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity and update client on timeline/consistent basis
Demonstrate strong understanding of online media fundamentals, including media math, target audience development, and communication goals (reach/frequency)
Demonstrate proficiency with systems/tools (MRI, Media Tools, ComScore)
Gather and analyze appropriate research to provide sound, strategic, consumer insights-driven digital media recommendations
Establish collaborative, productive working relationship with partner agencies (where/when applicable), helping create a seamless communications process
Demonstrate creativity and agility when problem solving
Delivering POVs/position papers on key client issues and/or client opportunities
Prepare media authorizations per approved plans/project requests
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups
Assist with other projects or responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

1.5+ years of media planning experience and Media Tools knowledge (outside of internships)
Working knowledge of media systems/platforms (Kantar, IMS, Media Tools Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, comScore, Prisma, Mbox, MRI/GfK, GWI)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and presentation skills
Curious and motivated, solution-oriented problem solver
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
