Job Summary

Own end-to-end Brand Events and Client Experience initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing thematic experiences and tools, and managing vendor procurement, logistics, and post-event reporting across Retail activations and manufactures visits.

  • Coordinate across Sales, VM, CRM, Logistics, PR, and Retail for seamless events.
  • Develop thematic experiences and brand tools, plus post-event reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of Brand Events, Activations and Client Treatment as needed, such as Brand Exhibitions, Travelling Collections, VIC Dinners or other events.
  • Work across all teams (Sales, VM, CRM, Logistics, PR, Retail) with a 360 approach to ensure a seamless execution of each event, including support in production, logistics, security, or any other topic as needed.
  • Assist the development of thematic experiences and related tools: Watchmaking, Artistic, Culinary, Experiences upon HQ Guidelines,
  • Support the development of Marketing Collaterals and Client Tools from production to final delivery of the items
  • Liaise with HQ teams (Client Experience, Trade Marketing and Event) and suppliers / external vendors as needed
  • Help consolidate Brand Experience toolboxes storytelling, guidelines and post-event reports
  • Follow all procurement guidelines to choose vendors throughout the project and support the onboarding of new vendors if needed.
  • Coordinate any logistics of materials from our warehouses to the event site as needed.
  • Assist the planning and implementation of the Retail Activations
  • Support the implementation of the Retail Activations and the delivery of the tools to the Boutiques

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • First related experience in marketing, hospitality or similar role in the luxury field
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Interest in the Luxury industry, Brand Experience and Client Treatment
  • Experience with SAP systems (or similar) is preferred
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work outside of regular business hours
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Attentive to details, dynamic, agile and passionate
