Job Summary

Own end-to-end global programs from planning and demand to execution and post-event measurement, unifying cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver cohesive experiences across events; lead events and production, partner with Creative for brand experiences, manage budgets, timelines, and performance, and mentor the team to improve planning, delivery, and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the Program End to End
  • Own the full program for assigned global tentpoles, from planning and building demand ahead of the event through execution, post-event follow-up and measuring results
  • Develop the overall plan for the program, aligning teams around goals, audiences, key moments and priorities
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across Channels, Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, Comms, Legal, Executive teams, etc
  • Ensure the experience, content, communications and follow-up all work together as one cohesive program
  • Identify risks, challenges and resource needs early and bring forward clear solutions
  • Lead the Event and Experience
  • Lead planning and execution across the full event footprint, including creative development, programming, production, logistics, talent and attendee experience
  • Partner closely with Creative to develop a cohesive and distinctive TikTok brand experience
  • Manage relationships with executives, talent and high-profile guests, including complex logistics and negotiations

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in relevant events/program management experience, including ownership of large-scale, multi-stakeholder global programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-stakes programs end-to-end including budget, vendor/agency management, executive relationships, on-site execution
  • Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under tight deadlines
  • Strong judgment and composure, with a track record of navigating organizational change without losing team stability
  • A growing strategic voice with experience or demonstrated potential to help shape upstream program strategy, not only execute an established plan
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience working in advertising or B2B marketing
  • Demonstrated experience with new client acquisition or demand generation events, including working with Sales on audience, conversion goals, and pipeline tracking
