Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own defined workstreams within global tentpole programs, from planning and demand generation through execution, follow-up, and measurement
  • Partner with the Global Event Lead to align teams around goals, audiences, key moments, and priorities
  • Coordinate day-to-day across Channels, Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, Comms, Legal, and regional teams
  • Flag risks, challenges, and resource needs early, with clear solutions
  • Take the lead on select focused events from start to finish, including strategy, planning, execution, and results, with the Global Event Lead's guidance
  • Support the planning and delivery of events built to attract, educate, and convert new clients, such as tradeshows, agency roadshows, webinars, and co-branded events
  • Partner with Sales, Strategy & Operations, and Marketing to define target audiences, agree on conversion goals before an event exists, and track pipeline afterward
  • Help build repeatable formats and toolkits that regional teams can run consistently at scale
  • Bring learnings from acquisition-focused events back into how we plan our larger moments
  • Manage planning and execution across event workstreams, including programming, production, logistics, talent, and attendee experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant events or program management experience, including work on large-scale, multi-stakeholder global programs
  • Proven experience delivering tentpole or flagship B2B events, including budget, vendor and agency management, and on-site execution
  • Demonstrated experience with new client acquisition or demand generation events, including working with Sales on audience, conversion goals, and pipeline tracking
  • Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
  • Comfort with metrics: able to connect event activity to business results and report on them clearly
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong understanding of TikTok as a platform, its products, and what makes content successful
