Job Summary

Own the growth strategy for Bulk’s customer relationships and lead cross-sell, onboarding, retention, and lifecycle initiatives across the ecosystem.

Define and scale marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns.
Drive cross-sell and retention across BulkLoads ecosystem.
Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product to maximize lifetime value.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and own the strategy for expanding customer relationships across the Bulk ecosystem.
Build lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, nurture, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and re-engagement.
Create scalable marketing automation using email, SMS, CRM workflows, and in-app messaging.
Segment customers by fleet size, geography, commodity, engagement, funding activity, insurance renewals, and technology adoption.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to increase customer lifetime value.
Measure and optimize product adoption, cross-sell conversion, marketing-attributed revenue, retention, churn, and revenue per customer.
Build a repeatable cross-sell engine across all Bulk companies.
Launch automated customer journeys for every product.
Increase the percentage of Bulkloads members using multiple Bulk services.
Deliver executive dashboards tracking the customer growth funnel.

Requirements

Proven experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, CRM strategy, or customer success.

Preferred

Proven experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, CRM strategy, or customer success.
Analytical, data-driven, and customer obsessed.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Logistics, SaaS, financial services, or trucking experience is a plus.
