Responsibilities

The primary purpose is to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.
Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals.
Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs
Facilitates admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families
Extrdordinary customer service to both external and internal customers. External customers would include referral sources, patients, and their families. Internal customers would include supervisors, clinical & non-clinical staff members, pharmacies, and suppliers

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
High school diploma or equivalent
