Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the COO, you will own a dedicated portfolio of clients — you're the senior strategic lead on these accounts, start to finish, not one layer removed from the work.
• Drive GMV growth on your accounts, and own the number when it's up or down.
• You will be your clients’ senior-most point of contact with TikTok Shop and other platform partners — pushing for beta access, shaping growth plans, and turning platform roadmaps into moves your clients can make before anyone else does.
• Develop cutting edge TikTok Shop and affiliate strategies for your clients, and turn them into playbooks to educate and guide the full team.
• Lead your own QBRs and performance conversations — the good news and the hard news.
• Spot the next opportunity inside your portfolio before the client asks, and bring it to the team with a plan attached.

Requirements

• 6+ years running social/creator commerce, affiliate marketing, or platform partnerships, with real TikTok Shop chops — you've been in the account, not just briefed on it.
• You've owned client relationships at the senior level. You're the person in the room, not the person who prepped the person in the room.
• You can point to GMV or revenue numbers you personally moved — not the team's number, yours.
• You've built platform relationships that turned into real advantages for a client — JBPs, beta access, an exec on speed dial.
• Hard conversations don't get delegated on your watch. You have them.
• You're as comfortable in a client's boardroom as you are on a call with a platform partner's leadership team.
• You have a strong, specific take on where social commerce is going — and the scars from running real budgets to back it up.
• You fit our collaborative, empathetic, apolitical culture.
• Must be local to either New York City or Los Angeles.

• Experience managing a team.
• Chops beyond TikTok Shop — Shop My, Rakuten, Instagram, Amazon, wherever social commerce shows up next.
