Job Summary

Own the Microsoft IQ outbound narrative and core materials, coordinating with product, marketing, and field teams to align stories across Foundry, Fabric, and adjacent data offerings while driving adoption and clarity for technical and business stakeholders.

  • Lead outbound messaging, decks, and proof points for Microsoft IQ.
  • Align with inbound lead, product owners, and marketing to maintain coherent, distinct stories.
  • Maintain assets and enable sellers through integrated presentations, demos, and a strong product page.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the outbound for Microsoft IQ narrative, messaging hierarchy, and supporting proof points. Explain the customer problem, portfolio value, and how relevant components work together without relying on a list of product names.
  • Partner with the inbound lead on customer priorities, product strategy, and roadmap context. Validate technical claims and availability with the relevant product owners.
  • Explain the Microsoft IQ platform's relationship to Foundry, Fabric, and adjacent data and agent offerings accurately. Keep distinct product propositions clear and align evolving portfolio claims with the relevant product and marketing owners rather than prematurely combining the stories.
  • Write and maintain the core Microsoft IQ customer deck, executive briefing narrative, solution overview, frequently asked questions, and seller and partner guidance. Keep the core message clear for technical and business decision makers, with detail available for practitioners.
  • Connect the platform story to audience-specific use cases, customer evidence, and a practical next step. Test the materials in customer and field conversations rather than treating asset completion as the outcome.
  • Own the Microsoft IQ marketing product page as the primary destination for the customer story. Partner with the web team to run experiments, use performance and customer insights to improve clarity and conversion, and evolve the page as the product and positioning mature.
  • Work with the demos and creative roles to make the story tangible. Prepare and rehearse integrated customer presentations with executive-briefing partners, ensuring the story, proof points, and demos support the same customer need.
  • Lead the Microsoft IQ outbound marketing plan with the inbound lead, setting audience, message, proof-point, and readiness priorities. Coordinate activation with campaign, event, field, partner, and channel owners, with clear delivery responsibilities.
  • Maintain an authoritative set of approved Microsoft IQ materials in Seismic and other agreed field-content channels. Make them easy to find and use, retire outdated versions, and keep ownership clear.
  • Use customer comprehension, seller feedback, asset use, and briefing outcomes to decide what needs to change. Simplify materials and coordination where the effort is not improving customer or seller outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience owning product positioning, platform narratives, or outbound product marketing for complex enterprise technology.
  • Experience taking an enterprise proposition to market and aligning senior contributors across product, engineering, marketing, and sales without relying on direct authority.
  • Experience with AI, data platforms, cloud services, or agent development and enterprise deployment.
  • Experience bringing several products or business groups into one customer conversation while preserving clear ownership of individual product stories.
  • Experience with executive briefings, field enablement, partner marketing, or customer and analyst presentations.
