Own the end-to-end short-form content direction for Atlanta-focused clients, from strategy and briefs to final edits and brand-voice consistency. Lead trend spotting, concept development for paid campaigns, and client strategy calls, while coordinating with editors and videographers.

Responsibilities
- Monthly content strategies and calendars for each client
- Hooks, scripts, shot lists, and on screen text for short form video
- Creative briefs that give our videographer and editors clear direction
- Final review and approval of all edits before client delivery
- Keeping content fresh, never repetitive, and true to each client’s brand voice
- Spotting trends early and adapting them for each client’s audience
- Creative concepts for paid ad campaigns
- Presenting creative direction on client strategy calls
Requirements
- 2+ years in social media content, creative direction, or video production
- A portfolio of short form content (Reels/TikTok) you conceptualized or directed
- Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for what stops the scroll
- Deep understanding of Atlanta culture and the communities our clients serve
- Experience giving clear, constructive feedback to editors and creatives
- Organized and reliable across multiple accounts and deadlines
