Social Media Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and execute content strategies and calendars that support business objectives, brand awareness, lead generation, recruitment, and audience engagement.
Create compelling content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Write, edit, and optimize social media copy, articles, campaign messaging, videos, graphics briefs, executive communications, and thought leadership content.
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publication of content aligned with corporate initiatives, campaigns, events, and business priorities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to transform complex insurance concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-friendly content.
Community Management & Audience Engagement
Monitor and manage company social media accounts daily.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner.
Foster meaningful interactions with customers, agents, employees, partners, and prospects to strengthen community engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
Experience developing and managing content strategies across multiple social media platforms.
Portfolio demonstrating strong writing, storytelling, and content creation capabilities.

Preferred

Experience working in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred.
Certification in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.
Basic knowledge of video, photography, graphic design, or creative production workflows is a plus.
Experience supporting executive thought leadership programs is a plus.
