Campaign Trafficking Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Centralize digital asset management across programmatic, social, and OTT platforms to drive flawless cross-channel launch execution.
• Architect comprehensive workback schedules and campaign timelines to ensure on-time asset delivery against critical flight dates.
• Implement standardized creative tagging and naming conventions to optimize ad serving precision and performance tracking.
• Mitigate launch risks by proactively auditing technical specs and resolving trafficking discrepancies alongside internal stakeholders and media partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in creative trafficking or ad operations within an agency or enterprise environment.
• Advanced technical proficiency with ad serving tools such as CM360, Flashtalking, or Innovid across display, video, native, and social formats.
• Proven track record of managing complex workback schedules and multi-channel campaign rollouts under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and clear collaborative communication across cross-functional teams.
