Job Summary

Own end-to-end influencer campaigns from brief to wrap, leading client communications, creator selection, negotiations, and post-campaign analytics across multiple platforms.

  • Lead day-to-day client communications and maintain trusted relationships
  • Manage creator sourcing, briefs, contracts, and forecasting within campaign CRM
  • Own the end-to-end campaign process from brief to wrap with accountable ownership

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist (and in some cases lead) the day-to-day client communications; support the team in keeping clients informed and well-served
  • Immerse yourself in each client's brand, voice, guidelines, goals, online discourse. Demonstrate the fluency and expertise that strengthens the full workflow
  • Surface potential issues early alongside your proposed solution, so the team can manage client expectations proactively
  • Build and maintain relationships clients value: be someone they trust, like working with, and enjoy hearing from
  • Respond to client requests and questions promptly
  • Read and internalize every client brief thoroughly before any campaign work begins. Identify gaps, ambiguities, and unstated assumptions that need clarity prior to moving forward
  • Create briefs when the client doesn't provide one, capturing campaign objective, messaging, CTAs, do's and don'ts, and brand guidelines
  • Develop and present creator and platform recommendations grounded in strategic rationale — bring a point of view, not just a list
  • Escalate high-stakes strategic calls before committing; own the execution once direction is set
  • Research, compile, and vet creator sourcing lists aligned with campaign goals, brand fit, platform strategy, and casting guidelines

Requirements

  • 2 or more years in influencer or creator marketing (or equivalent experience demonstrated in performance); agency background preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to run a campaign independently from brief through reporting, without close oversight
  • Fluency in the creator economy with a unique POV: you know the platforms, the talent landscape, and how to bring strong collaborations to life within each in alignment with client goals
  • Strong cultural awareness: you follow what's happening socially and culturally and use that information to suggest improvements to the work
  • Sharp negotiation instincts and comfort with numbers
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator: clear, warm, and professional with clients, talent, and vendors
  • A genuine collaborator: good to work with for clients, creators, and teammates alike
  • Hyper-organized with strong project management skills; nothing falls through the cracks
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving campaigns; adapts quickly without losing quality
  • Proficient in Google Workspace

Benefits

  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Remote work flexibility
  • Phone and laptop replacement (devices remain your property)
  • Health/fitness stipend, mental health/wellness/entertainment stipend, phone/internet stipend, vacation/PTO stipend
