Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the organic social strategy across all channels, aligned to brand, product and commercial priorities
Build quarterly and monthly content plans around collection launches, campaigns, retail moments and always-on storytelling
Define channel roles, content pillars and formats, and evolve them as platforms and audience behaviour change
Bring a clear social point of view to cross-functional planning, making sure social is built into campaigns from the start, not adapted at the end
Partner with our in-house content creators to make content that's native to each platform, from campaign shoots to always-on formats
Set the standard for social-first craft, including hooks, pacing, edits, transitions, sound, on-screen text, graphics and cover frames
Translate our campaign, product and editorial content into multiple social formats, from short-form video and graphics to teaser posts, rather than simply resizing assets
Find new and engaging ways to communicate the brand's point of view across our channels
Build social needs into shoot plans and shot lists, and be actively involved in shoots, events, store activations and brand moments to direct and capture content
Work with the brand marketing team so creator content complements our own channel output

Requirements

6+ years in social media, including at least 2–3 years leading strategy for a brand
A background in fashion, luxury or premium lifestyle brands
Genuine social expertise, with deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including native features, formats and algorithms, and a close eye on what's next
A strong instinct for social-first content, including formats, edits, graphics and sound that drive engagement
A track record of introducing new ideas and formats, and turning tests into results
Confidence pitching ideas and making the case for them with senior stakeholders
A proven track record of growing engaged communities and delivering measurable results
Experience partnering with creative teams and content creators
Hands-on shooting, editing and design ability, with confidence in tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva or Figma
A sharp editorial and visual eye, strong copywriting skills and an instinct for what feels on-brand
