Responsibilities

Own the development and optimization of landing page and form strategy to drive lead capture and conversion. Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Use AI and intelligent automation to enhance marketing operations, including AI-driven lead scoring, account prioritization, segmentation, and automated decisioning across campaigns.
Embed LLMs into marketing processes to support personalization, content generation, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
Design and manage agentic, multi-step workflows using APIs and workflow automation tools to scale campaign execution and lead management while reducing manual effort.
Track and report on campaign performance, lead flow, and funnel metrics.
Partner with analytics and data teams to enable machine learning-driven insights, predictive performance modeling, and improved pipeline forecasting.
Build systems that learn, predict, and optimize performance over time.
Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and field marketing teams to operationalize multi-channel campaigns within Marketo and related platforms, ensuring accurate targeting, execution, automation, and reporting.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 5+ years in marketing operations leadership
Proven expertise in Marketo; Marketo Certified Expert preferred
Hands-on AI fluency with experience applying LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-driven marketing tools to improve operations
Demonstrated ability to apply AI and machine learning to lead scoring, segmentation, campaign optimization, and performance decisioning
Experience building and managing automated, multi-step workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, and API-based integrations
Experience integrating LLMs into operational workflows such as content generation, data enrichment, QA automation, and personalization
Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems
Ability to design scalable automation systems across marketing and sales platforms
Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, attribution, campaign architecture, and pipeline acceleration
Experience working with global marketing teams in a matrixed organization
Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools; Salesforce certifications preferred
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo), predictive analytics (6sense), Domo, data enrichment tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Marketo Measure)
Background in tech, SaaS, or enterprise B2B environments
