Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of our full content operation across social, email, blog, ads, and SMS — managing calendars, coordinating timelines, publishing content, maintaining systems, and keeping everything running on time and on brand.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose better workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions without being asked.
  • Manage and execute the full content calendar across social, email, blog, paid ads, and SMS
  • Schedule, publish, and QA all content on time, on brand, and error-free
  • Build and maintain SOPs for every repeatable marketing workflow we run
  • Identify inefficiencies and gaps in our processes, then fix them
  • Implement AI-powered workflows for content repurposing, scheduling, and automation
  • Manage project tracking and keep all campaigns visible and on schedule
  • Coordinate between leadership, creators, designers, and external vendors
  • Maintain organized content libraries and digital asset management systems
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing operations recaps for leadership

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years in marketing operations, content operations, or project management
  • Daily hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, Claude, and ChatGPT
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel content calendars
  • Strong command of Asana or similar project management platform
  • Experience with YouTube Studio for video publishing and channel management
  • Familiarity with Libsyn or similar podcast hosting and distribution platforms
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail
  • Clear, concise written communication for SOPs, briefs, and emails
  • Self-directed — you know what needs doing next without being told
  • Located within 25 minutes of Northwest Peoria, AZ and able to commute as needed
