Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize all Paid Search (PPC) campaigns to drive high-intent traffic for lending and deposit products.
  • Execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to maintain top-tier local search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities within primary market areas.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the bank’s website, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and compliant with regulations.
  • Build and optimize landing pages for specific marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor website analytics and provide monthly reports, focusing on conversion goals.
  • Manage the marketing CRM, including list segmentation and data integrity.
  • Develop and deploy automated email "journeys" for customer onboarding, cross-selling (e.g., HELOCs to mortgage holders), and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure accurate data integration and flow between systems.
  • Manage the daily execution and scheduling of social media content across all platforms.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services, insurance, or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
  • Familiarity with CRM/Email Automation tools (e.g., 360).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
