Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), including audience targeting, budget pacing, and performance-based optimization.
Support influencer marketing programs, including creator identification and vetting, outreach, contracting support, and performance tracking.
Implement social media marketing strategies to increase engagement, expand reach, and drive traffic to campaign websites, microsites, and digital properties.
Support the development of campaign communication strategies, messaging frameworks, digital outreach plans, content strategies, and editorial calendars.
Create, edit, publish, and optimize digital and social media content tailored to platform-specific audiences, formats, algorithms, and best practices.
Use social media listening, engagement, and analytics tools to monitor campaign conversations, audience sentiment, engagement trends, emerging issues, and performance data.
Conduct research on target industries, audiences, and market development strategies to ensure campaign outreach reaches priority populations.
Prepare campaign performance summaries, metrics updates, insights, and recommendations in collaboration with communications, creative, technical, analytics, and client-facing teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism, public relations, or a related field or equivalent experience.
4+ years of relevant professional experience to include experience creating, editing, publishing, and managing digital and social media content for marketing, communications, digital outreach, or public-facing campaigns.
U.S. Citizenship required by the Federal government for this position.

Preferred

2+ years of experience developing and executing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok Ads Manager), including budget management, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
1+ years of experience managing influencer marketing programs, including creator identification, vetting, and performance measurement.
