Lead go-to-market strategy and commercialization for new and existing solutions.
Drive cross-functional execution of product launches and other growth initiatives.
Lead portfolio positioning, value propositions, and clinical and commercial messaging.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive experience within medical device, healthcare, or related healthcare markets
5+ years of people leadership experience
5+ years leading commercial, portfolio, product, downstream, field, or related marketing strategies
5+ years partnering directly with Sales organizations and senior commercial leaders
