Job Description

Responsibilities

Set marketing strategy across our transportation and logistics brands, and bring it to the leadership table
Build and lead the marketing team, starting with our social media specialist
Set up HubSpot attribution so every campaign ties back to pipeline and revenue
Partner with Sales on lead definitions and deliver qualified shipper and carrier leads
Own driver recruiting marketing, from first impression to submitted application
Rebuild our brand, website, LinkedIn, and social presence, and run the budget and agencies with ROI tracked on every campaign

Requirements

10+ years in marketing, including 5+ leading a team or function
Proof that your programs moved revenue or pipeline
Hands-on attribution and lead scoring experience in a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
B2B marketing background
Experience owning a budget and managing vendors or agencies

Preferred

Transportation, logistics, or driver recruiting marketing experience
Built or scaled a marketing function from scratch
