  • Lead Global Go-to-Market Strategy - Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies that accelerate product adoption, customer expansion, and long-term revenue growth across the Falcon platform. - Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services to align product strategy with commercial execution across launches, campaigns, enablement, customer communications, and demand generation. - Lead pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product and Go-to-Market leadership to maximize customer value, simplify platform adoption, and strengthen competitive differentiation. - Establish Product Marketing as the strategic center of CrowdStrike's go-to-market engine, ensuring every launch, campaign, and customer engagement reinforces the company's platform leadership.
  • Lead AI Transformation - Lead Product Marketing through the AI era, both externally in how CrowdStrike defines the market and internally in how the organization operates. - Externally, shape CrowdStrike's leadership narrative around AI by partnering with Product and Engineering to communicate how organizations can securely adopt AI while leveraging AI to transform security operations. Ensure CrowdStrike's platform and product messaging continue to define the industry's understanding of how to solve problems and achieve outcomes at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. - Internally, transform the Product Marketing operating model by embedding AI throughout all product marketing and cross-team workflows, including but not limited to research, positioning, messaging development, content creation, enablement, and operational workflows. Build an AI-first organization that empowers teams to move faster, make better decisions, and focus more time on strategic, high-value work while maintaining the technical depth, quality, and credibility that define CrowdStrike. - Champion experimentation, continuous learning, and operational innovation so Product Marketing becomes a model for how AI can elevate business performance across the company.
  • Drive Industry Leadership and Market Influence - Lead CrowdStrike's global analyst relations strategy, strengthening executive relationships across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other influential industry organizations. - Partner with Product and Technology leadership to shape analyst engagement, influence market perception, and sustain leadership across major analyst evaluations. - Develop compelling customer stories, thought leadership, executive content, and technical assets that reinforce CrowdStrike's position as the cybersecurity platform of choice. - Represent CrowdStrike externally with customers, partners, analysts, at major industry events, and in marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Build and Inspire a World-Class Organization - Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of product marketers, technical marketers, and analyst relations experts. - Raise the quality of strategic thinking, positioning, storytelling, and execution across the organization while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, innovation, customer obsession, and continuous learning. - Build a high-performing leadership team, establish scalable operating rhythms, and develop the next generation of Product Marketing leaders to support CrowdStrike's continued growth.
  • Serve as a Strategic Executive Leader - Serve as a trusted advisor to the CMO, senior leadership and the marketing organization on market trends and dynamics, customer needs, platform strategy, AI transformation, and business growth opportunities. - Represent Product Marketing in executive planning, quarterly business reviews, strategic acquisitions, long-range planning, and company-wide transformation initiatives. - Help shape the future direction of CrowdStrike by bringing an outside-in perspective on customer needs, competitive disruption, technology trends, and the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
