Social Media & Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across channels.
• Develop and execute social media communication strategies to engage target audiences effectively.
• Create compelling social media content, including written posts, graphics, and videos tailored to each platform.
• Write engaging and relevant content that aligns with marketing goals and brand voice.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor performance, track engagement metrics, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
• Edit videos using media editing tools to produce high-quality visual content for social channels.
• Design graphics and visual assets using graphic design software to enhance posts and campaigns.
• Implement social media content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
• Strong background in social media communication and content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
• Familiarity with media editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating visual content.
• Experience analyzing social media metrics using analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics principles to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Prior experience in social media content marketing or digital marketing roles is preferred.
