Responsibilities

Product Innovation Strategy
Partner with Product Development to shape the innovation roadmap using consumer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Develop product briefs defining customer needs, product features, pricing strategy, positioning, and commercialization goals.
Identify new category opportunities and unmet consumer needs.
Product Marketing & Positioning
Develop compelling positioning, messaging, value propositions, product naming, and pricing recommendations.
Translate technical features into customer-focused benefits that differentiate products in the marketplace.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialization
Lead end-to-end product launches across DTC, Amazon, Shopify, and retail channels.
Develop launch strategies, messaging, creative direction, sales enablement, and launch assets.

Requirements

Consumer-first product marketer who starts with customer problems and market opportunities.
Experienced commercial strategist with a track record of successful product launches.
Strong cross-functional leader who aligns Product, Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Ecommerce.
