Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end messaging and positioning for the HRM solution line, anchored on the solutions core capabilities across simulation, training, and risk modeling.
  • Maintain up-to-date solution guides and own messaging for the solution's core use cases and buyer personas as the line evolves across customer segments.
  • Translate sophisticated AI-driven detection, investigation, and disruption capabilities into clear technical and business narratives for both technical and business buyers.
  • Produce and maintain technical briefs, demo media, scripted demo flows, videos, screenshots, technical datasheets, and "how it works" collateral to support sales engineering and product demonstrations.
  • Run always-on competitive intelligence program across the human risk management landscape: maintain battlecards, feature matrices, objection handling playbooks, and differentiation frameworks for the field.
  • Feed competitor and win/loss insights into product roadmap and GTM.
  • Lead GTM strategy for launches and major product initiatives across the solution line's phased rollout. Drive cross-functional launch execution with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Security Operations, and Marketing.
  • Ensure assets are published to internal enablement tools and the website.
  • Equip sales, customer success, partner, and field teams with enablement playbooks, demos, objection handling, ROI materials, and customer stories to accelerate deals and shorten time to value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product marketing experience, with significant time focused on threat intelligence, or adjacent cybersecurity domains (B2B).
  • Comfort working in a fast moving, high growth environment.
  • A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills; comfortable briefing analysts and presenting to technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience translating market and product data into actionable positioning and GTM recommendations.
  • Proven experience owning solutions and technical narratives and delivering technical marketing artifacts (demo scripts, technical datasheets, videos, demos).
  • Demonstrated success building and running competitive intelligence programs (battlecards, objection handling, differentiation frameworks).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing; proven project leadership that drives outcomes.
  • Comfort marketing an evolving solution line where positioning develops across releases and customer segments.
  • (Plus) Experience marketing into highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) and creating verticalized content, compliance and assurance proof points, and procurement support.
