Own the end-to-end content process for Merito marketing, from ideation and research to publishing, design, and program execution.

Lead multi-channel content creation including blogs, social copy, emails, and video scripts.
Orchestrate webinars, campaigns, and vendor alignment while maintaining brand integrity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Write . A lot. Blogs, product summaries, social copy, email, and video scripts. Some of it technical, most of it about software you will not know anything about on day one.
Publish . You will own getting content live, correctly formatted, with the metadata and structure it needs.
Research . Read release notes, competitor sites, analyst commentary, and customer conversations, and pull out what matters. Nobody is going to hand you a summary.
Support campaigns. Build email programs, schedule social, track what happened, and report it in plain language.
Design . Make the graphics that carry our content. Social tiles, blog headers, webinar promos, and slide templates with updated and relevant design language matching our Brand Guidelines.
Run webinars . Own the topic, find the speaker, create the deck, the promo emails, the day itself, and the follow up. Some are joint sessions with our software partners.
Reconcile our vendors . Every one of them pushes their own campaigns and launches at us at once. You turn that noise into one message that aligns with our Merito story.
Assist on video . Help plan shoots, take notes on shot lists, help coordinate with our editor, and learn how a piece of content goes from an idea to something people watch.
Use Office every day . Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are what we use daily. You should be able to build a clean deck, work a spreadsheet with formulas and pivot tables, and write a professional email without needing a template.

Requirements

Critical thinking where you can look at a problem, form your own opinion, and defend it. When you hit something you do not understand, your instinct is to dig, not to guess.
Resourcefulness meaning you find the answer, at all costs. You read the documentation, you search, you ask the right person, you try it yourself. The words "nobody told me how" are not going to serve you well here.
Original thinking, on the fly. You need to be able to produce work that came from your own head. Ideas, angles, an argument, a way of explaining something the team had not thought of.
Adaptability because priorities move here. What you planned this morning may not be what matters this afternoon.
Writing ability that is clear, direct, no filler. We can teach you the subject matter. We cannot teach you to be interesting.
Visual sense where you can look at two versions of the same graphic and say which one is better and why. Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express, or the willingness to pick one up fast.
Comfort with Microsoft Office with real working proficiency, not "I have used it."
Curiosity about technology and you do not need a technical background, but you do need to want one. If reading about how software gets built and tested sounds boring, this will be a painful experience.
