Responsibilities

Own external communications, media relations, and brand voice
Build relationships with hospital discharge planners and physician practices
Lead community outreach, health literacy, and education programs
Direct content strategy across the website, newsroom, and resource center
Represent the company at civic, provider, and community events
Advise executive leadership on public positioning and messaging standards

Requirements

Seven or more years in communications, public affairs, or marketing leadership
Healthcare, hospital, or regulated industry communications experience preferred
Proven media relations and executive writing ability
Experience building referral or partner relationships
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
Willingness to travel across Southwest Georgia
