  • Drive alignment and execution of ad solution rollouts at tentpole events (e.g., CES, Upfront, Cannes), representing Netflix programmatic with clients, partners, and industry audiences.
  • Partner with Comms, Ad Product, Marketing, and Research teams to translate ads portfolio strategy into clear customer messaging and leverage audience/industry insights to inform new offerings.
  • Define success metrics, track adoption, pipeline influence, and campaign performance to continuously refine strategy, messaging, and investment.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Proven track record of leading multiple concurrent, high-visibility product launches and GTM programs from strategy through execution
  • Strong experience in partnering cross-functionally on product strategy, product positioning/narrative and GTM launches, with the ability to influence senior internal stakeholders and external partners
