Job Summary

Own the product marketing and GTM for Bread Pay features, shaping positioning, competitive insights, and multi-channel campaigns to drive adoption and market fit across retailers and fintech partners.

  • Inform go-to-market strategies by translating market research and competitive insights into compelling messaging and content.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure timely launches and aligned campaigns.
  • Develop content and assets that articulate the value of Bread Pay features to internal teams and external partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to bring new features and products to market. - (30%)
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions in partnership with the B2B Marketing team, Product, and key stakeholders. - (20%)
  • Conduct market research and gather qualitative feedback to understand retailer product and service evaluation. - (15%)
  • Analyze the competitive landscape for market segmentation and opportunity sizing. - (10%)
  • Collaborate on multi-channel GTM strategies and campaign messaging for new Bread Pay features. - (15%)
  • Create compelling content for internal and external audiences. - (10%)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years product marketing experience in a B2B startup, fintech, or SaaS environment; experience in B2B messaging and positioning; track record of executing GTM plans to drive product or feature adoption

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field of study
  • Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or fintech space
  • Demonstrated ability to build, launch and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies & campaigns that highlight key products and features
  • Proficiency in analyzing strategy & campaign performance, interpreting KPIs, and translating insights into product and marketing enhancements
  • Proven success coordinating and presenting cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams to align GTM efforts with broader business and product goals

  • Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.
  • Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.
  • You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
