Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop a PR and media strategy for the MVP launch
  • Define Actogram’s positioning in wearable analytics, digital health, and health metrics
  • Prepare a media plan and content strategy for the next several months
  • Manage LinkedIn and Telegram content
  • Build a list of relevant international media, publications, conferences, and platforms
  • Gather input from the technical and scientific teams and turn it into external communication materials: press releases, articles, posts, research summaries, website copy, and other content
  • Support conference preparation: find relevant events, prepare abstracts, one-pagers, and presentation materials
  • Contribute to the packaging of the MVP and PR case for investors and potential partners
  • Prepare external communication materials: one-pagers, case studies, briefs, presentation copy, and short descriptions of the product and technology
  • Work with the design, UX, and branding team on structure, copy, briefs, and source materials for visual assets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in PR, marketing, communications, or science communication
  • Required: experience in PR for an innovative product in international markets, such as high-tech, biotech, healthtech, medtech, digital health, wearable tech, AI, or related fields
  • Experience developing PR strategy, media plans, and content strategy
  • Strong writing skills in English: clear structure, precise wording, and no generic or templated language
  • English at C1 level or close to it, both written and spoken
  • Experience preparing press releases, articles, social media posts, presentation materials, one-pagers, or media pitches
  • Experience using LinkedIn as a channel for an international professional audience
  • Ability to quickly understand a new subject area
  • Strategic thinking: ability to propose an approach, set priorities, and explain why a specific PR mechanism fits the company’s goals
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment: different types of tasks, fast changes, and the need to structure work independently

Preferred

  • Experience working with conferences: researching events, preparing applications, abstracts, and presentation materials
  • Experience working with scientific or technical teams
  • Experience preparing materials for investors, partners, or B2B communication
  • Contacts in relevant international media or a clear understanding of how to build media outreach from scratch
