Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Social, and Programmatic Display DSP channels.
  • Execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads to drive full‑funnel impact—from awareness through conversion.
  • Assist with managing and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), and broader PPC programs with a focus on efficiency, scale, and sustainable growth.
  • Partner with CRO, UX, and analytics teams to lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Landing Page Optimization, and Website Optimization initiatives.
  • Design and execute A/B Testing and experimentation roadmaps across ads, landing pages, and funnel experiences.
  • Optimize Conversion Strategy, Funnel Optimization, and Full‑Funnel Marketing performance using data‑driven insights.
  • Own performance reporting and optimization against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPM, conversion rate, and downstream business impact.
  • Drive Media Planning, Forecasting, and Budget Management across channels to maximize ROI and support growth goals.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations and actionable next steps for cross‑functional partners and leadership.
  • Provide Team Leadership through strong cross‑functional collaboration with creative, analytics, UX, product, and marketing partners as well as training and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, ideally in an agency, financial services, or high‑growth environment.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on paid social advertising experience, including campaign setup, bid optimization, audience strategy, and measurement across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn and Tik Tok.
  • Proven experience managing Paid Search and Display Advertising, including PPC, CPA‑driven campaigns, and Programmatic Display DSPs.
  • Strong background in Growth Marketing, Full‑Funnel Marketing, and Conversion Optimization.
  • Deep analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives involving budget management, forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams and partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
