Job Description
Responsibilities
- Rebuild Organic Social: Revamp our organic social strategy end to end, then ship short video every day on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Own Website Content: Write guides, state and county pages, and data reports so the site gets better every week.
- Build Our Research Hub: Turn our county data into research that ranks, gets cited, and earns coverage.
- Move at News Speed: Turn a PR hit or a breaking hook into finished assets the same day.
- Run Creators and Community: Manage creator and UGC partnerships, mailer creative, and community replies.
Requirements
- In Austin or willing to relocate. We work in person 5 days a week.
- Have built a consumer brand's social presence hands-on, ideally in fintech, insurance, or home
- Can show content you made yourself and what it did
- Have written pages that rank from a keyword brief
- Know what works for homeowners on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Care about brand and have strong opinions on what makes one stand out
