X / Twitter Growth Engineer – Jabroni Capital

Responsibilities

• Write unique, viral content for client X accounts, producing 10 posts per week / 45 per month (mix of singles and threads)
• Manage comments and replies for target accounts, engaging with the right convos, landing dunks, and building presence through quote tweets and timely takes
• Take raw founder/VC/operator thoughts and turn them into polished, hilarious, high-performing posts
• Test hooks, formats, and styles to make bangers
• Create killer memes and shitposts
• Learn about a new industry and synthesize your learning into engaging content
• Collaborate with editors + the rest of the Jabroni writing team to hone your voice and skill

Requirements

• You have clear writing. You are an expert in saying things simply and elegantly, making complex topics simple and addressable.
• You understand virality on X specifically. You have made viral posts before for Twitter, and can look at viral posts and break down why they work.
• You get the platform. You know the difference between a post that works on LinkedIn and one that works on X, and you can write natively for the bird app.
• You are reliable and organized. You can consistently meet deadlines.
• You are tapped into tech and internet culture. This makes you great at finding viral topics, trends, and memes.
• You are good at knowing when to be funny and serious. Most of our clients want a mixture of funny content and insightful content. You understand how and when to do both.
