Growth Marketing & Social Outreach Associate

Responsibilities

• Review a prioritized list of restaurants that may be a strong fit for MenuMingle.
• Learn enough about each restaurant to understand its concept, food, story, and social presence.
• Follow and engage with target restaurants on Instagram.
• Like, comment on, and respond to restaurant content in a thoughtful and natural way.
• Send personalized Instagram messages to restaurant owners and operators.
• Respond to early-stage questions and identify restaurants showing genuine interest.
• Create and schedule MenuMingle social content, including posts, Stories, and Reels.
• Help develop campaigns that encourage restaurant owners to interact with MenuMingle.
• Use modern technology to help organize outreach, research prospects, and keep follow-up on track.
• Hand promising conversations to the founders with a clear summary of the restaurant and discussion.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with Instagram and social media.
• A natural, friendly written communication style.
• Interest in restaurants, hospitality, food, or local businesses.
• Good judgment about how and when to engage with someone online.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently with limited weekly hours.
• Interest in marketing, sales, partnerships, or startup growth.
• Curiosity and comfort learning modern AI and marketing technology.
• Restaurant, hospitality, social media, marketing, or sales experience is a plus.
• Photography, video, or Reel creation experience is helpful but not required.
