Marketing Technology Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, communications, or a related discipline preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing technology, CRM, email marketing, marketing operations, data management, or a related field required; experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience with an email marketing or marketing automation platform required; Vuture experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing marketing lists, segmentation, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and campaign reporting required.
• Experience with CRM data-quality initiatives, including data cleansing, deduplication, standardization, or enrichment.
• Experience developing reports or dashboards and interpreting marketing or CRM data preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM platform required; Intapp DealCloud experience strongly preferred.

Preferred

• Curiosity about emerging marketing technologies, automation, AI, and evolving best practices within professional services.
• Experience supporting or training end users on business technology platforms.
• Experience with workflow automation, system integrations, AI tools, or data visualization platforms.
