Marketing & Partnerships Intern (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Plan and run social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Reddit and other channels around the launch and each release
• Write posts, short guides and announcements, and turn product updates into content people share
• Help run Zentra Community, our user forum: welcome new members, spot good questions and make sure they get answered
• Make short screen-recorded demo and install videos
• Track what's working (downloads, sign-ups, forum activity) and report on it each week
• Research partner programs at hardware, software and channel companies, and keep our partner tracker up to date
• Find the right people to contact, draft first outreach for the founder, and keep follow-ups on schedule
• Help put together partner materials: catalog listings, one-pagers and joint announcements
• Help with events in the DC area: logistics, scheduling and follow-ups with people we meet

Requirements

• A current student or a graduate from the last two years, in marketing, communications, journalism, business, computer science or a similar field
• You write clearly and quickly
• You're comfortable reaching out to people you don't know, by email and on LinkedIn
• You're comfortable on social media as a creator, not just a user
• You're curious about AI. You don't need to code, but you should be willing to install software and learn how it works
• Organized and reliable on a part-time schedule

Preferred

• Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve or similar)
• You've grown an account, club, Discord or community
• Experience in sales, business development or partnerships
• Experience with Linux, home labs or running AI models locally
