Job Summary

Own the school’s visual and written communications strategy by designing print and digital materials, partnering with the Development Office on donor storytelling and campaigns, and creating compelling content that advances Holton’s narrative across departments.

  • Collaborate with campus partners to produce donor materials, newsletters, and campaign collateral.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Design print and digital materials for multiple areas of the School.
  • Partner with the Development Office on communications and marketing activities such as donor storytelling, alumnae newsletter, campaign materials, and other collateral materials.
  • Create compelling written, visual and digital content that advances Holton’s narrative
  • Serve as a trusted communications partner to departments across campus

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related field
  • Three to seven years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated graphic design expertise and a strong design portfolio.
  • Experience working with, or a strong understanding of, a development office and philanthropic communications.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other leading design software.
  • Superior organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Videography experience is a plus.
