Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive, enterprise-wide content strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate and refine communication strategies, identifying successes and areas for improvement
• Maximize team efficiency through current tools and technology, proactively exploring emerging platforms, AI, and vendor solutions
• Set creative direction, establish priorities, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content across all channels
• Serve as the lead writer for internal corporate communications, including company-wide announcements, leadership messaging, and employee-facing content
• Write, edit, and refine marketing, investor relations, corporate communications, and technical content for various channels
• Oversee strategy, content creation, and updates for the corporate website
• Develop and implement social media strategies across all channels
• Ghostwrite executive communications, investor scripts, annual reports, and press releases to support investor relations activities
• Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic planning and reporting

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive corporate communications experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity managing direct reports
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools is preferred
• Construction (A/E/C) industry experience is strongly preferred
