Marketing and Communications Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of A-Gas trade shows, customer events, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate event registrations, logistics, exhibitor requirements, materials, and shipments.
• Draft, schedule, and publish content across A-Gas social media channels. Analyze and present performance to marketing team.
• Update and maintain content on the company intranet and internal communication platforms.
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, event records, and digital files.
• Assist with marketing-related errands, administrative tasks, and general team support as needed.
• Support additional marketing and communications projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor's degree program focused on Marketing, Communications, or Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management with 2-3 years completed
• Carry a GPA of 3.0 or higher desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, Teams and internet applications
• Students entering junior or senior year of college highly preferred
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work performed
