Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Tracking project workflows, timelines, assets, and approvals
• Supporting internal communications and marketing resources
• Handling routine ordering, fulfillment, and inventory of recurring materials
• Assisting with donor receipting, mailings, and confidential donor information
• Coordinating with printers, vendors, and internal partners

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent (associate degree/coursework preferred)
• 1–2 years in admin, coordination, marketing/communications, or related work (preferred)
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Microsoft Office + SharePoint proficiency (ClickUp preferred)
• Basic flyer/internal material updates (Canva preferred)
