Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, photos, videos, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate website updates, newsletters, internal communications, and promotional materials.
• Find and share impactful stories with care, consent, and respect for privacy.
• Help promote events, staff initiatives, services, and community partnerships.
• Keep projects and content calendars organized, measure results, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience which can be combined education, experience, training. Preferred 2 of those years be practical experience working in marketing/communication/social media field.
• Hands-on experience with social media, digital content, and basic photo or video editing.
• A strong creative eye and the ability to write clearly for different audiences.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects, work collaboratively, and follow through.
• Good judgment, genuine curiosity, and enthusiasm for Bridgeway’s mission.
• You do not need to have worked in behavioral health or disability services to make an impact here. We value creative talent, professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to learn.
