Marketing & Communications Associate

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Administrative Support: Coordinate and manage marketing requests, ensuring projects are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Maintain marketing materials, records, inventories, and vendor relationships.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Marketing Department.
• Internal Communications: Assist with the creation, coordination, and distribution of internal communications and employee engagement content.
• Support employee communication channels and help maintain current and relevant content.
• Collaborate with team members to promote clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
• Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of company, customer, employee, and community events.
• Support event logistics, communications, vendor coordination, and onsite event activities.
• Help ensure events are organized, professional, and aligned with company objectives.
• Marketing & Digital Content Support: Support the development and distribution of marketing materials across print, digital, and social media channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of experience in event planning, administrative support, marketing, or a related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain calendars, spreadsheets, records, and project tracking tools.
• Familiarity with social media, website, CRM, and email marketing tools for backup support.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Mac OS, and iOS is helpful.
