Marketing Communications Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the accounts team with research, content and campaign execution that move clients toward their strategic communications goals.
• Write and edit communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, website copy, print collateral and social media content.
• Build and maintain social media, email marketing, and digital ad campaigns.
• Create and manage website content on WordPress and other publishing platforms.
• Supporting research, surveys, and public engagement projects, and compiling client reports
• Careful time management to ensure efficiency and fair billing to clients

Requirements

• Strong writing and verbal communication
• Digital marketing: owned and paid media
• Research and data analysis
• Highly organized
• Highly proficient: Copywriting in AP Style
• Proficient: AI for content development
• Proficient: Common digital marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS 365
• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field
• Preferred : 2+ years in a communications or marketing role (including internships).
